Marriage & Family Ministry

Strong families build strong churches, and our Marriage & Family Ministry is committed to helping couples and families thrive. We offer pre-marital counseling (required for all couples married at Diakonia), marriage enrichment retreats, date night events, parenting workshops, and family devotional resources.

We also host an annual Marriage Conference featuring nationally recognized speakers and practical breakout sessions on communication, conflict resolution, finances, and spiritual leadership in the home. Past conference speakers have included Dr. Gary Chapman, author of The Five Love Languages.

For families with children, we provide family devotional guides, parent training workshops, and special family events throughout the year. Our goal is to equip parents to be the primary spiritual influencers in their children's lives.
