The Youth Summer Retreat is the highlight of our youth ministry calendar. For four days, students step away from screens, schedules, and distractions to focus on their relationship with God and with one another at the beautiful Camp Timber Ridge facility in Bloomington, Illinois.
This year's theme is 'Unshakeable' — exploring what it means to build an unshakeable faith that can withstand the pressures of modern life. Sessions led by our youth pastor and special guest speaker will challenge students to anchor their identity in Christ and live with boldness and conviction.
Activities include morning and evening worship sessions, campfire devotionals under the stars, small group discussions, zip lines, canoe races on the lake, hiking, a ropes course, team building challenges, a talent show, and late-night gaga ball. It's an incredible mix of spiritual depth and camp fun.
The cost is $225 per student, which includes lodging, all meals, activities, a retreat t-shirt, and transportation. Financial assistance is available through the Youth Scholarship Fund — no student will be turned away due to cost. Register by July 15.
